Shiitake Mushroom Growing Workshop: Great 2 hours! Learn how to grow these delicious and nutritious mushrooms. Shiitake mushrooms have many medicinal benefits too. You will be inoculating the log which you will take home with you. $25 registration fee. Space is limited, so register as soon as possible at The Treasure Trove in Gassaway, where the workshop will also be take place. Children registering must be accompanied by an adult due to power tools and hot wax being used. All supplies provided.
