In this class, presented by the Treasure Trove in Gassaway, you will learn pickling and fermenting. Primarily Focusing on processing sauerkraut and producing your own Kombucha. This will be a step-by-step instructional class. You will bring home what you make! It will be a fun and informative time spent with a very knowledgeable instructor!
